He

Critical Enterprise Systems Symposium (2002) as well as CSSL
(Sri Lanka), SEARCC'99 (Singapore) and SEARCC'00 (Philliphines).

Pasi has been working with Compuware since 1997 in key
technical positions. He has extensive knowledge of the J2EE
technology and best practices for application development
with J2EE. At Compuware, Pasi works closely with customers
in the Asia Pacific region to help them optimize their
investments on enterprise J2EE applications through adoption
of Model Driven Development approaches with OptimalJ,
Compuware's advanced J2EE development environment. Pasi has
previously performed key technology & product development
positions at Compuware's Development & Integration Lab in
The Netherlands and earlier in Compuware's offices in
Finland. He has held positions with large financial services
and consulting companies in Scandinavia. In all, Pasi has
almost 20 years experience in the IT industry. He holds a
degree in Computer Science. |

Aaron
is the Chairman of International Association of Software Architect (IASA)
for the APAC Region that spans over 15 countries. He is responsible in
setting up the architect community as part of IASA Chapters in the Asia
Pacific. He is also the founder of The Independent Software Architect
Council of Malaysia (ISAC Malaysia) that has expanded the activities to
Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia & India as part of the ISAC
International.
Aaron is a Java & J2EE expert as he spent his career and times
architecting and implementing large and complex Java/J2EE projects from
1995 to early 2003 across Asia Pacific. He was awarded Sun Certified
Java Developer in 1998. In March 2003, he joined Microsoft as the
Architect & Platform Strategy Advisor and responsible for engaging with
enterprise architects and senior technical decision makers and
cultivating the important of Software Architecture & Architect Community
in the IT industry. Aaron is also a frequent public speaker in various
IT events presenting various Architecture topics. Aaron has more than 13
years of experience in various software development projects and roles
in Asia Pacific, USA & UK in the area of J2EE, Internet technology,
Middleware, System Architecture, Object Oriented and multi-lingual
software development.
As an entrepreneurial leader with diversified experiences in the
software development, implementation and deployment of projects,
services and businesses, he has an excellent track record in managing
technical team and solving technical challenges and easily adapts to
foreign cultures and business practices, demonstrated the ability to
successfully apply the IT strategies and principles fundamental in
building and growing a business in today volatile economy.
He holds a Master of Technology from the National University of
Singapore and a Bachelor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences from the
University of Western Australia. |
