Payment method:
1. Registration will be confirmed upon the
receipt of payment and paid in advance to the
workshop. Walk-in delegates with payment will be admitted on a
space available basis.

Please contact the local office for payment
details.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing via fax or email at
least two weeks in advance in order to qualify for a refund. A 30%
will be levied to cover administration costs. Refunds are not
applicable for cancellation made less than two weeks prior to the event.
Substitutions are welcome.
