Business/Training Objectives

Through this training, the participants will understand on how BRA can be applied to reduce ambiguity about project vision, scope, priorities, resource requirements, and timeframe, and brings up issues that users may not typically think of as they plan an IT project. In this way, the risk of project failure is minimized and the BRA increases the likelihood of a successful project implementation. It also creates a contract between the user group and the technical team once the BRA content has been agreed upon.

Course Outline

 The ensure that participants are equipped with necessary guidance in applying Business Requirement Architecture into the project, this training is organized as such there will be 70% hands-on and 30% presentation:

- Introduction to Business Requirement Architecture

- Workshop 1: Use Case Diagram

- Workshop 2: Basic Business Flow

- Walkthrough on Complete Use Case Modeling

- Workshop 3: Produce Business Requirement Architecture document

- Common mistake in Use Case modeling

- Workshop 4: Identify the most common mistake in Use Case modeling
